How will I know if the documents for my Residence Card (RC) application need to be supplemented?

If the submitted documents need supplementation, the status of your RC application on My Page will change to "Update needed" A representative will provide the reason and guide you on the necessary documents to supplement via email and My Page details. Please regularly check your application status, email, and answer phone calls.

How do I submit the supplementary documents?
