What if there is a payment error?

There might be many reasons why payment does not work.

  1. Check your primary debit/credit card is working.

  2. Some debit/credit cards have credit limits. Please check if you've not reached that limit.

  3. Some debit/credit cards do not support overseas payment. Check if card is available to use overseas.

Refund policy

Please check our refund policy and method of contacting us. Please refer to the table below for the refund policy. If your reason for requesting a refund is not listed in the table, please contact us via email.

How to apply for refund

Please provide your name, university, student ID number, and reason for refund request via email or KakaoTalk channel.
