Is this price for four months? Is it the cost for one month?

That is the cost for 4 months (1 semester).

The extension is only possible on a monthly basis, 20% of the initial payment will be charged monthly upon extension.

Is it possible to Tax Refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a separate tax refund service.
